Please be aware that a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment. Appointments longer than 3 hours, such as double processes, color corrections, and hair extensions will require a non-refundable booking fee of $150 to secure the appointment time, this goes toward the overall total of your service and secures your appointment. We will contact you prior to accepting the reservation to collect the booking fee.
Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to get to the salon, as it can be hard to find your first time. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service, first time clients will be required to fill out a new client form and/or service waiver.
This waiver is put in place to protect our staff and clients. Refusal to sign this waiver will result in your services not being completed until the waiver is signed.
We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule and maintain your look. Your stylist will advise how often you should return to maintain your style in your consultation.
We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. Your appointment at halo salon is very important to us, we understand that schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. We understand life happens, and request that sick clients stay home.
Should you cancel your reservation without 24 hours notice you will be charged a $50 convenience fee. We will honor you by using that charge for a future reservation. Additionally, in the event that you miss your reservation without contacting the salon your credit card number will be required to schedule future reservations.
Please note: a 72 hour notice is required for all Hair Extensions, Brazilian Blowout Treatments, and Color Correction services. deposits for these services will not be refunded if the reservation is missed. thank you for understanding.
No call no show policy
You will be charged the full service price for missing your appointment without any notice. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
Late Arrivals Policy
Please let us know if you are going to be late prior to your appointment time. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment and charge a cancellation fee of $50. We will honor you by using that charge for a future reservation.
We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest's schedule that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event that you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. It could result in an incomplete service and affect the quality of your service, for which we do not ever feel comfortable doing.
Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their originally scheduled session, ex: If a guest is too late to for their scheduled all over color, and there is only enough time to do a root retouch, the guest will still be charged the original all over color pricing.
Punctuality ensures that you will receive the absolute highest quality service for yourself and other guests and helps you to receive the outstanding experience that halo salon is known for.
If your stylist is running behind for your appointment because of tardy guests, a lengthy blowdry, or an extensive color service, you will be notified immediately prior to arriving at the salon and a complimentary deep conditioning service will added to your next appointment.
As a courtesy, we text/email to attempt to confirm your appointment two business days prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to take note of your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
Children / Pet Policy
As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children and / or pet at all times while in the salon.
We welcome walk-in customers, however if it is not convenient with our schedule you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an appointment.
Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Because of the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon. we offer complimentary consultations to help guide you into realistic expectations, time needed for correction, and price. a non refundable deposit of $150 is required for all color corrections to secure the appointment time, this goes toward the overall total of your service and secures your appointment. We will contact you prior to accepting the reservation to collect the booking fee.
Prices listed on our website are base prices. The price of your service may vary from the listed price based on the service(s) you receive, as well as the length of your hair. Your stylist will inform you of the price before she/he begins your service. Payment for salon services is expected to be paid at the time of service. We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification.
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Gift certificates do not include gratuities. The industry average is 15%-25% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. Our team greatly appreciates your generosity!
18% gratuity will be automatically added for color corrections, special event and bridal services, and group parties. of 3 or more.
Payment / Returned Checks
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, or checks. Any returned check will result in a $25.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.
We strive to ensure our clients happiness and satisfaction. We do not give refunds. If you are not entirely satisfied with your color and / or cutting service, please call and schedule a complimentary adjustment within five days. The adjustment policy doesn’t cover a change in the style or color. Full service price applies after five days. halo salon will not be liable nor redo hair color that has been done outside of our salon.
Product Return Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any retail purchases made at we will be glad to offer exchange your product or issue a store credit which can be used for future retail purchases. We will exchange product within 1 week of purchase, with proof of purchase. We will replace any damaged product (pump failure, etc.) with proof of purchase if returned before 14 days and as long as item is not expired. If your damaged item is no longer available at time of return, you will be issued an exchange for product only or store credit towards product only. *excludes extensions and hairpieces
Your personal information is confidential. This includes your address, phone numbers and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information.
